London Co-ordinator (2015 -)

was shortlisted for the Myriad Editions First Graphic Novel Award in 2014 for her memoir about growing up with her single mum, ‘Mumoirs’.

Since then, she has branched from autobiography to collaborations with others, including adults with dementia, amateur boxers and survivors of brain injury. The latter came from a residency at the charity Headway, resulting in Wallis’ latest work-in-progress project, ‘Like an Orange’ that is funded by Arts Council England and due to be published with Cast Iron Books in 2022.

Most recently she released ‘Wings’ in collaboration with Dr Victoria Anderson and prisoners from HMP Wandsworth, which can be purchased from www.cellmemory.org
